Female Bouncer

Position SummaryThe Female Bouncer/Security Officer is responsible for maintaining safety, security, and order within airport premises. This role ensures the protection of passengers, staff, and property while supporting smooth airport operations. Female officers are specifically required for screening, frisking, and assisting female passengers in compliance with aviation security regulations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Passenger Screening & Security ChecksConduct female passenger frisking at security checkpoints following aviation security guidelines.

• Perform manual and handheld metal detector (HHMD) checks.
• Verify boarding passes, IDs, and luggage compliance.
• Assist in resolving security alarms and escorting passengers for secondary screening.

2. Access ControlMonitor entry/exit points for unauthorized access.

• Manage crowd control during peak hours.
• Ensure only authorized personnel enter restricted areas.

3. Safety & Incident ResponseRespond to security incidents, suspicious behavior, or emergency situations.

• Provide support during evacuations, medical emergencies, or security alerts.
• Report incidents following airport security protocols.

4. Customer AssistanceGuide and assist female passengers, seniors, and passengers with special needs.

• Maintain a calm, professional demeanor in high-pressure situations.
• Handle conflicts or disruptive behavior using de-escalation techniques.

5. Compliance & ReportingFollow Aviation Security (AVSEC) standards and airport regulations.

• Maintain logs, incident reports, and shift documentation.
• Participate in regular training, drills, and refresher courses.
