Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Sales Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in healthcare, preferably as a Senior Nurse, Resident Medical Officer (RMO), or within the pharmaceutical industry. The role involves utilizing various offline channels to create and manage a lead funnel, promoting our home healthcare services, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and target potential clients through various offline channels such as hospitals, clinics, community centers, and healthcare events.

Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and potential clients.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate leads and convert them into clients.

Provide detailed information about our home healthcare services to prospective clients.

Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with overall business goals.

Conduct presentations and workshops to promote our services.

Monitor and report on sales activities and performance.

Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Senior Nurse, RMO, or in the pharmaceutical industry.

Previous sales experience is a plus.
