Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end field recruitment for Zorgers across Himachal Pradesh, Chandigarh, Mohali, and Gurgaon
- Execute mass hiring drives for GDS and nursing staff roles within tight timelines
- Develop and implement local hiring strategies aligned with business needs
- Build strong relationships with:
- Nursing institutes
- Training centers
- Local communities and job networks
- Conduct walk-in drives, job camps, and campus hiring initiatives
- Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews efficiently
- Ensure quality hiring while maintaining high volume targets
- Maintain recruitment data, reports, and hiring metrics
- Act as a problem-solver on the ground, thinking like a hiring manager to address hiring challenges proactively
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand workforce requirements and workforce planning
