Job Role:

We are hiring a Field Sales Executive to help grow our Workerlly Workers App in the Mohali area. Your job is to connect with daily-wage workers (like electricians, cleaners, helpers, etc.) and help them join our app so they can start getting work through Workerlly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit different local areas daily to meet and onboard workers
• Explain how the Workerlly app works and why it helps workers get more jobs
• Help workers register on the app (using their phone number, photo, ID, etc.)
• Support new workers with basic app usage
• Report your daily work to the team

 Requirements:

• Must be male, age 18–35
• Own a smartphone and bike/scooter
• Good communication skills in Hindi or Punjabi
• Confident, polite, and ready to talk to people
• Ready to work in the field (on-ground visits daily)
