Role Overview

We are seeking a driven, polished, and highly motivated Business Development Executive to spearhead our sales expansion across Mumbai's premium and HNI market. The ideal candidate possesses a flair for relationship selling, an understanding of wellness and lifestyle products, and the tenacity to consistently generate high-ticket business through field activity, presentations, and strategic tie-ups.

This is a high-impact, field-intensive role that requires confidence, presentability, and the ability to open doors with architects, designers, luxury real estate developers, nutritionists, and affluent households.

 

Key Responsibilities

Field Sales & Product Demonstrations

➤    Conduct offline, in-person product demonstrations and presentations at client offices, model apartments, showrooms, and events.

➤    Deliver compelling pitches tailored to each audience — from health benefits for HNI households to design integration for architects and interior designers.

➤    Schedule and independently manage a minimum number of demos and meetings per week.

➤    Follow up diligently on all leads, demos, and proposals to close high-ticket sales.

Lead Generation & Business Development

➤    Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities across target segments in Mumbai.

➤    Prospect and cold outreach to architects, interior designers, modular kitchen brands, real estate developers, and nutritionists.

➤    Build a robust self-generated pipeline through referrals, networking events, exhibitions, and community outreach.

➤    Track all leads, activities, and pipeline progress through a structured reporting system.
