We're looking for an experienced Financial Representative, Order Processing to join our Order Processing team. Reporting to the Manager, Finance, you'll be responsible for:

• Booking of daily purchase orders with proper quality checks following set parameters
• Performing periodic reconciliations across billing, POS and licencing systems
• Sending renewal notifications and quotes through the system to the customers and follow up on account receivables
• Updating the contract details in the billing system and support the customer advocacy team
• Handling special assignments from Head Quarters and other related tasks

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

• Post-Graduate in Finance, Accounting or other similar streams with 1 or more years of experience
• Good Working knowledge of MS Office
• Sound Analytical Skills
