𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗗𝗼:

• Manage fleet operations and ensure smooth delivery

• Onboard delivery partners based on store requirements & conduct on-ground activation

• Manage on-ground operations to ensure rider retention, issue resolution, and great rider experience

• Deliver training on best practices and Standard Operating Processes (SOPs)

• Execute central initiatives and ensure disruption-free operations

• Gather feedback from delivery partners and provide actionable solutions

𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗔𝗿𝗲:

• 1-3 years of experience.

• E-commerce/logistics experience preferred

• Strong problem-solving & communication skills

• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets

• Willing to travel and engage in hands-on operations
