FMCG Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and results driven Sales Associate to join our team at Headshot Energy. As a sales associate, you will be a key players in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth.

Role Description

1. Onboarding new stores(Paan shops, grocery stores, Convenient stores, Confectionery Stores)

2. Build long term relationship with our existing stores as well as vendors

3. Creating new sales pipeline which includes new distributors, wholesalers

4. Ensuring timely payments and great customer experience

5. Ensure brand visibility in stores of the assigned territory leveraging the marketing collaterals provided by the company

6. Proficient in sales tracking of the assigned territory.

Requirements

1. 1-2 years of sales experience in the Retail/FMCG Space would be preferred.

2. Excellent communications and negotiation skills

3. Strong ability to work with a target-oriented approach.

4. Must be aware of the local areas/geographies.

5. Personal vehicle is mandatory

6. Location - Gurgaon, Mohali

7. Salary as per industry standards.
