We (AART RECRUITERS-Mohali)are looking for an enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern / HR Recruitment Freelancer to join our recruitment team. This role provides hands-on experience in end-to-end talent acquisition across Banking, Manufacturing, and IT sectors at a pan-India level. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and eager to build a career in HR recruitment.

Job Details:

• Location: Remote (Work from Home)
• Type: Full-time/Part Time
• Experience: MBA HR freshers or graduates with relevant experience
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 5:30 PM(Full Time) or 2:30PM-6:30PM(Part Time) (includes 1-hour lunch for Full Timers); Saturday half-day
• Holidays: Sundays & National Holiday Off.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates as per client requirements
• Coordinate interviews and manage the selection process
• Handle the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding
• Maintain candidate follow-ups and documentation
• Submit daily reports on recruitment activities
• Support other HR functions when required

Qualifications:

• MBA in HR (freshers welcome) or graduate with HR experience
• Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and a regional language
• Knowledge of recruitment processes and tools
• Good organization, follow-up, and time management skills
• Passion for HR and talent acquisition

Technical Requirements:

• Personal laptop with stable internet connection is mandatory.
• Proficiency in MS Office and job portals (LinkedIn, Apna Jobs, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of job posting and email writing (for freshers)

Compensation/Incentives:

• Performance-based incentives (20-30% per candidate joining from our Payout).
