Front Desk Receptionist

Job Responsibilities:

1. Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional manner.
2. Handle incoming and outgoing calls efficiently.
3. Make follow-up calls to clients/leads as assigned.
4. Provide basic information about company services to walk-in and calling clients.
5. Maintain call records and update data in CRM/Excel.
6. Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.
7. Maintain visitor register and front office records.
8. Handle courier, dispatch, and incoming/outgoing mail.
9. Support the sales/marketing team with lead coordination.
10. Assist HR/Admin in daily office operations.

Required Skills:

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM)
• Ability to handle multitasking and pressure
