Job Description
- Hair Cutting & Styling: Cut, trim, and style hair according to client requests, face shape, and hair type.
- Coloring Services: Perform hair coloring, highlights, balayage, toning, and corrective color services.
- Hair Treatments: Apply conditioning treatments, keratin treatments, and other therapeutic or restorative services.
- Client Consultation: Discuss desired outcomes, assess hair condition, and recommend suitable styles or treatments.
- Customer Service: Provide a positive salon experience through friendly, professional communication.
- Sanitation & Safety: Maintain a clean workstation, sanitize tools, and follow state or local safety regulations.
- Product Knowledge: Recommend and sell professional hair-care products tailored to client needs.
- Trend Awareness: Stay informed about current hair fashion trends, new techniques, and emerging products.
- Booking & Scheduling: Manage or assist with appointment scheduling and client records (if required).
