Job Description

We are seeking a capable HR & Admin Officer to join our team and provide comprehensive support to our Human Resources department. Candidate’s organizational skills and familiarity with HR functions will contribute to the smooth running of all HR operations. Will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and promoting effective communication within the organization. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion will be essential in this role. Candidate should be skilled in administration support and willing to work with a diverse team. Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee our recruitment process from start to finish. Work with Management to draft job descriptions for different roles and promote job offers on social media and various job platforms, online channels.
  • Screen resumes and portfolios and perform background checks on prospective candidates. Communicate with prospective candidates and provide timely updates regarding the status of their application.
  • Extend offers to candidates who pass the interviewing and testing stage.
  • Develop training and onboarding material. Help candidates have a clear understanding of their job role, their duties and responsibilities.
  • Provide a basis for measuring the employee's performance, handle business excellence & MIS.
  • Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts and PTO requests
  • Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies, maintain office policies and procedures.

·       In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently processing employee data, keeping company policies up-to-date, and assisting in the hiring process.

·       Ensure documentation & compliance with Labor, PF, ESI laws

·       Implement and screen programs as coordinated by the administration and see the projects through to fulfillment.

·       Respond to inquiries for all kinds of information related to the organization. Respond to emails and answer calls as needed.

·       Help with other administrative duties which include scanning, mailing, and maintain IT systems, photocopy machines and all infra within office. 

·       Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings and travel arrangements for field staff. 

·       Supervise to maintain hygiene, decorum & housekeeping within office premises.

·       Supervise, organize and maintain files and databases in a confidential manner.
