🔹 About the RoleCyber Chord is looking for a dynamic HR professional to build and manage people operations for a fast-growing creative and digital marketing agency. The role requires someone who can handle end-to-end HR, culture building, and hiring creative + technical talent.

• 🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment (designers, marketers, developers, sales).
• Create hiring pipelines via LinkedIn, job portals, and campus partnerships.
• Conduct screening, coordinate interviews, and manage offer rollouts.
• Develop onboarding processes aligned with agency workflows.
• Handle attendance, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
• Build HR policies suitable for a creative agency environment.
• Manage employee engagement, retention, and performance tracking.
• Maintain compliance, employee records, and HR MIS.
• Support leadership in scaling team structure as business grows.
• 🔹 Required SkillsExperience hiring for digital marketing / creative / IT roles.
• Strong understanding of startup or agency hiring dynamics.
• Knowledge of HR operations, employee lifecycle, and compliance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work independently and build HR systems from scratch.
• 🔹 PreferredExperience in a marketing / advertising agency.
• Familiarity with performance metrics and KRAs for creative teams.
