HR Executive

We are looking for a proactive and responsible HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee coordination, and daily HR operations for our night shift sales team. The candidate will play a key role in hiring new talent, managing employee attendance, and maintaining a positive work environment.

🧑‍💼 Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Hiring

• Post job openings on job portals, social media, and other platforms
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
• Conduct initial interviews and schedule final interviews
• Manage onboarding of new employees

2. Employee Management

• Maintain employee attendance and shift records
• Handle employee concerns and workplace issues
• Monitor employee performance and discipline

3. HR Operations

• Maintain employee data and documentation
• Assist with offer letters, joining formalities, and HR paperwork
• Coordinate with management for workforce planning

4. Team Coordination

• Ensure smooth communication between management and employees
• Support team leaders with hiring needs and staffing
• Help maintain a productive and positive work culture
