Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support daily HR operations, recruitment activities, and employee coordination. This internship offers hands-on experience in recruitment, HR processes, and workplace management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (job posting, screening, scheduling interviews).
• Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate with candidates for interviews and follow-ups.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Support attendance and leave management.
• Assist in onboarding and documentation of new employees.
• Handle basic employee queries and HR coordination tasks.
• Support HR team in daily administrative activities.
