Job Description

  1. Key Responsibilities:
  2. Recruitment & Hiring

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending job offers.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
  • Conduct and oversee onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  1. Payroll Management

  • Oversee payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate distribution of salaries.
  • Coordinate with finance to maintain payroll budgets and forecasts.
  • Manage employee attendance records, leave applications, and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
  • Address payroll discrepancies and answer payroll-related inquiries from employees.
  1. HR Administration & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain up-to-date employee records and manage HR documentation.
  • Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures.
  1. Employee Relations & Support

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee queries related to HR, payroll, and benefits.
  • Address and resolve employee grievances or conflicts in a professional and timely manner.
  • Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with a focus on recruitment and payroll.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems, HR software, and labor laws.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Skills:Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
