Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Hiring
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending job offers.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
- Conduct and oversee onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Payroll Management
- Oversee payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate distribution of salaries.
- Coordinate with finance to maintain payroll budgets and forecasts.
- Manage employee attendance records, leave applications, and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
- Address payroll discrepancies and answer payroll-related inquiries from employees.
- HR Administration & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
- Maintain up-to-date employee records and manage HR documentation.
- Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures.
- Employee Relations & Support
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee queries related to HR, payroll, and benefits.
- Address and resolve employee grievances or conflicts in a professional and timely manner.
- Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with a focus on recruitment and payroll.
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems, HR software, and labor laws.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Skills:Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
