HR Manager | Nineteenth May, Sector 67 Mohali

Nineteenth May (MSMY Hospitality Pvt Ltd) is a premium resto-bar, catering and events brand in Mohali, running since 2019. We are hiring a qualified HR Manager to own the complete people function for our restaurant, kitchen and catering teams. Female candidates preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-end recruitment: manpower planning, sourcing (Apna, Naukri, referrals), interviews and joining - no gaps in staffing

- Onboarding: offer letters, appointment letters, documentation, ID/KYC and personnel files

- Maintain a ready staffing pool for restaurant and large catering events

- Attendance, leave, shift rosters and monthly payroll inputs

- Set and track KRAs/KPIs for every role; run performance reviews and ensure everyone works as per SOPs

- Exit formalities: resignation, handover, full and final settlement, experience letters

- HR compliance and records: PF/ESI, Shops & Establishment, labour law basics, police verification

- Employee engagement, grievance handling and discipline

Who we want:

- Graduate / MBA / PGDM in HR preferred

- 3+ years in HR generalist role, hospitality / restaurant / hotel experience preferred

- Good English and Hindi/Punjabi, strong with Excel and documentation

- Organised, firm and people-friendly

What we offer:

- Salary Rs 30,000 - 35,000 per month

- Duty meals, 1 weekly off

- Direct reporting to the Founder & Director
