HR Recruiter

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Recruiter (Fresher Welcome) who is eager to build a career in talent acquisition and make a real impact in the industry. The role involves understanding basic hiring requirements, posting jobs on portals and social media, screening resumes, calling and coordinating with candidates, scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate data, and following up till joining.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, confidence in speaking with people, basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email, job portals), and a positive, learning attitude. We are not looking for a high-end or highly experienced profile—this is a great opportunity for someone who wants hands-on exposure, is ready to work hard, and grow with the company.
