Job Title: BPO Recruiter – Mohali

About the Role:

We are hiring a BPO Recruiter to manage bulk hiring for voice, chat, and blended processes at our Mohali center.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment for BPO roles (voice/chat/back office)
• Manage walk-ins, job fairs, campus drives & daily hiring targets
• Screen candidates via calls, interviews & assessments
• Coordinate onboarding, documentation & joining formalities
• Maintain hiring MIS and daily/weekly reports
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
• Work closely with operations to understand manpower needs

Requirements:

• 1–4 years of BPO recruitment experience
• Strong exposure to mass hiring (freshers + experienced)
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Knowledge of sourcing channels (Naukri, Apna, Indeed, referrals, social media)
