Human Resource Manager

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to handle recruitment, staff management, and daily HR operations in our immigration consultancy firm. The ideal candidate should be organized, people-oriented, and capable of maintaining a positive work environment while ensuring smooth HR processes.

Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹75,000 per month (depending on experience)

Job Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of HR experience, preferably in an immigration, education, or service-based company.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for counsellors, tele callers, and visa processing staff.

Conduct interviews, onboarding, and employee orientation.

Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.

Handle payroll, performance tracking, and incentive calculations.

Develop and implement HR policies for staff discipline and motivation.

Manage training sessions to improve staff knowledge on immigration processes and customer handling.

Resolve employee issues and promote a healthy work culture.

Coordinate with management on hiring plans and HR strategy.

Ensure compliance with company and labor laws.

Knowledge of MS Office and HR software.

Ability to multitask and handle fast-paced environments.
