Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter (Fresher) to join our HR team. The candidate will assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates while gaining hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases

Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements

Conduct initial HR screening calls

Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers

Maintain candidate records and recruitment MIS

Assist in offer rollouts and onboarding formalities

Support HR team in day-to-day recruitment activities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred but )

Good communication skills (English & Hindi preferred)

Basic understanding of recruitment process

Willingness to learn and grow in HR domain

Good interpersonal and coordination skills

Basic knowledge of MS Office

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn

Internship or certification in HR/Recruitment
