Job Description
- Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to retail product sales
- Assist walk-in / phone / online customers with product information
- Convert inquiries into confirmed retail sales
- Coordinate with store staff and inventory team for product availability
- Generate sales through calls, WhatsApp, and CRM follow-ups
- Maintain customer records and purchase history
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Handle basic billing support and order confirmations
- Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
