Job Description

Oditly is a fast-growing SaaS platform that helps organizations digitize inspections, SOP execution, audits, and operational workflows. We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive to drive outbound sales and generate new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and phone to generate qualified sales opportunities.
  • Engage with decision-makers such as Operations Heads, Quality Managers, and CXOs in hospitality, retail, and enterprise organizations.
  • Qualify leads, understand customer pain points, and position Oditly as a solution for operational efficiency and compliance management.
  • Schedule and execute product demos and meetings with the sales leadership team.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospects, activities, and pipeline in CRM tools (HubSpot or similar).
  • Follow up consistently with prospects through multi-channel outreach.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve outreach strategies and messaging.
  • Meet and exceed monthly targets for meetings booked, qualified opportunities created, and pipeline generation.

Preferred Skills

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills in English.
  • Experience in B2B sales, SaaS sales, or enterprise software sales preferred.
  • Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar sales platforms.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or lead generation.
  • Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
