Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Address and resolve customer queries through chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide technical product support and pre-sales assistance.
- Troubleshoot basic issues and escalate when necessary, ensuring end-to-end resolution.
- Maintain service quality standards and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Log all interactions and updates accurately in the internal systems.
