Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our international BPO team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries and providing excellent support to international clients.


Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, support via mail and chat for international customers

• Resolve customer queries and provide appropriate solutions

• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction


Requirements:

• Good communication skills in English (spoken & written)

• Comfortable working in night shifts

• Basic computer knowledge

• Ability to handle customer concerns effectively

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
