Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- System & Network Maintenance: Monitoring, configuring, and maintaining servers, networks, and software to ensure high availability.
- Security & Data Protection: Implementing security protocols, managing firewall settings, and performing regular data backups and disaster recovery.
- User Support & Administration: Setting up user accounts, managing access controls/permissions, and troubleshooting technical issues (Help Desk).
- Hardware/Software Procurement & Upgrades: Installing new software, managing licenses, and upgrading computer hardware.
- Documentation: Maintaining detailed records of network configurations, system procedures, and inventory.
