IT Bidding Executive / Proposal Manager

We are looking for a results-oriented Bidder who can drive business growth by identifying relevant projects, crafting compelling proposals, and converting prospects into long-term clients. The role requires strong communication, strategic thinking, and hands-on experience with online bidding platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze business opportunities on platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, Guru, and similar marketplaces
• Prepare and submit high-quality, customized proposals aligned with client requirements
• Communicate with international clients via chat, email, and calls to understand project scope and expectations
• Negotiate pricing, timelines, and contracts in coordination with internal teams
• Maintain and update bidding pipelines, lead status, and follow-ups
• Collaborate with technical and content teams to ensure accurate proposal delivery
• Track bid performance, conversion ratios, and continuously optimize bidding strategies
