✨ Role Overview:

We’re looking for a motivated and dynamic IT Recruiter / HR Executive to handle end-to-end hiring for IT & non-IT roles, support HR operations, and contribute to a positive, engaging workplace. 🚀

• 🧩 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews & onboarding
• Post jobs on platforms like LinkedIn, Apna, Naukri, etc.
• Conduct HR interviews and coordinate with hiring managers 👥
• Maintain attendance records, assist in payroll processing, and manage HR documentation
• Support employee engagement & ensure smooth HR operations
• Prepare offer letters, maintain records, and assist with internal communication 📋
• 🎯 Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business Administration / related field
• 6 months – 2 years experience in HR or recruitment (IT hiring preferred)
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Positive, energetic, and organized mindset 🌟
