Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily kitchen operations within the restaurant.
• Ensure food quality, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained.
• Monitor inventory, stock control, and minimize wastage.
• Maintain basic kitchen reports and data using MS Excel.
• Coordinate with kitchen and store staff for smooth operations.
• Travel to different outlets and stay onsite as per company requirements.
Working Hours:
• 10 hours/day, 6 days/week
• During onsite visits, Travel & accommodation provided by the company.
Requirements:
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel (data entry, averages, pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
• Basic knowledge of food industry/QSR is an advantage.
• Freshers are welcome but should have knowledge of MS Excel
• Must be flexible to travel and stay at outlets for short or long durations.
