Job Title: Field Technician – RMC Industry

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Field Technician for the Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) industry. The candidate will be responsible for on-site inspection, testing, maintenance support, and quality control of concrete production and delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site testing of fresh and hardened concrete (slump test, cube casting, etc.).
• Monitor batching plant operations and ensure quality standards are met.
• Inspect equipment and coordinate basic maintenance when required.
• Maintain daily reports of site activities and test results.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations.
• Coordinate with plant operators, site engineers, and supervisors.

Requirements:

• Diploma/ITI in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in RMC or construction industry preferred.
• Knowledge of concrete testing procedures and batching plant operations.
• Basic troubleshooting and reporting skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.
