Funding Specialist (UK Lead Generation Process)

Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced Telesales Executives to help

generate potential leads for our company. In this role, you will collect

necessary information over the phone and maintain strong customer

relationships. Since this is a blended B2B (Business to Business) process,

email communication will also be utilized. You will primarily be making calls

to prospective clients, introducing them to the financial services we provide

for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) throughout the UK.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our product and service offering
  2. Learn details about our product and service offerings
  3. Address any questions or doubts customers may have 
  4. Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and needs
  5. Offer solutions based on the client’s needs and capabilities
  6. Direct prospects and leads to the sales team
  7. Keep an updated customer database for effective call-backs
  8. Always strive towards meeting the sales target
  9. Document all the required information of a generated lead
  10. Update client records

 

Requirements

1.     1-2 years of experience as Telesales Representative or similar customer service or sales role (Fresher’s with excellent communication skills can also apply)

2.     Proven record of meeting targets

3.     Hand on experience with sales tools such as CRM software

4.     Ability and willingness to learn about products and services, specifications, and benefits

5.     Patient and friendly personality

6.     Team player

7.     Great interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills

8.     Good negotiation skills

9.     Creative ability & writing proficiency

10. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (intermediate Word, basic Excel)
