Job Responsibilities

• Provide best-fit architectural solutions for one or more Products.
• Provide technology consultation.

• The role requires a high level of Technology intelligence and Payments Expertise to investigate and analyze business activities to make them more efficient by using IT resources.
• An understanding of customers’ needs in relation to the performance of the business and the provision of competitive commercial solutions.
• Support finding solutions to functional problems/defects and prepare high level functional designs

We expect you to have

• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Java developer and 5 Years’ experience as an Architect.
• Strong Payments Knowledge
• Cash Management Knowledge will be an added advantage.
• Strong in Core Java & J2EE
• Hand on Experience in Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA. Java 17-21
• RESTful web-services
• Database technologies - Oracle
• Working knowledge of MQs – especially IBM MQ
• Proficiency in frameworks, architecture and product lifecycle management.
• Experience of working in an onshore-offshore model in a distributed team.
• Experience on product development.
• Experience from working with customers and being onsite, both involved in functional discussions as well as technical issue handling, and a commercial mind-set whenever needed.
• Experience on measuring/enhancing the quality and efficiency will be a strong advantage.
• Candidate should typically be able to perform overall architectural evaluation and refactoring, either on enterprise level, Product level or system level (components).
• Furthermore, capable of discussions with key stakeholders like Solution Architect, Portfolio Management etc.
• Help out in sales support activities, both through RFI/RFP responses but also being out meeting customers in sales opportunities.
