Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Central Custodian for SNPD process - Standardization, Process Updates and Digitization
- Central custodian for Project timelines – formation, revisions and Milestone Management
- Central MIS generation for Quarterly management reporting on Projects
- Preparation of project metrics for PMS
- R&D resources planning for projects
- Defining and improving Structure of Project reviews – CEO reviews, Product Council , Launch Council
- Driving projects reviews across levels – (Schedule, Agenda, Participants and Minutes)
- Driving Red alerting on projects and escalations on Project criticalities.

Graduation – B.E/B.Tech
