Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

  • Central Custodian for SNPD process - Standardization, Process Updates and Digitization
  • Central custodian for Project timelines – formation, revisions and Milestone Management
  • Central MIS generation for Quarterly management reporting on Projects
  • Preparation of project metrics for PMS
  • R&D resources planning for projects
  • Defining and improving Structure of Project reviews – CEO reviews, Product Council , Launch Council
  • Driving projects reviews across levels – (Schedule, Agenda, Participants and Minutes)
  • Driving Red alerting on projects and escalations on Project criticalities.

Graduation – B.E/B.Tech
