Key Requirements:

• Experience in bulk hiring for BPO / call center roles
• Good command over Hindi language (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Proficiency in computers and MS Office
• Good typing speed and ability to maintain recruitment data
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work under high-volume hiring targets

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing end-to-end recruitment for BPO operations
• Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and walk-in drives
• Screening candidates and conducting initial interviews
• Coordinating with operations teams for interviews and onboarding
• Managing daily hiring targets and recruitment pipelines
• Maintaining candidate databases and recruitment reports
