Marketing Executive

About the Company:

We manufacture high-quality TATA sheet and PPGI sheet door & window frames (chaukhat) known for durability, strength, and premium finishing. Our products are widely used in residential, commercial, and industrial construction.

Job Responsibilities:

• Promote and market our TATA & PPGI sheet door/window frames to builders, contractors, architects, fabricators, and hardware shops.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads in local and nearby markets.
• Visit construction sites and meet decision-makers to showcase product samples and benefits.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat orders.
• Explain technical details, price lists, and product advantages over wooden or traditional frames.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and report daily activities to management.
• Collect market feedback and share insights on competitors, pricing, and trends.
• Support in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and dealer development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in sales/marketing, preferably in building materials, hardware, steel products, or construction sector.
• Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to travel within assigned areas.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented personality.
• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (preferred).
