We are looking for a dynamic and motivated MBA Fresher to join our Real Estate Sales team. The candidate will be responsible for handling sales leads, interacting with potential clients, coordinating site visits, and assisting in closing property sales.

• Key Responsibilities Generate and manage sales leads through calls, digital platforms, and walk-ins
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable residential or commercial properties
• Arrange and coordinate property site visits for potential customers
• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into successful sales
• Maintain client records and update CRM / sales reports
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Support the team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Preferred Knowledge / Awareness Basic knowledge of the Real Estate industry
• Awareness of Channel Partners and Distributors in property sales
• Understanding of different property types (Residential, Commercial, Plots)
• Basic awareness of property sales processes and market trends
• Required Skills Good communication and negotiation skills
• Strong interpersonal and client handling abilities
• Positive attitude with a target-driven approach
• Salary & BenefitsFixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹45,000 per month
