Medical Representative (MR)

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Product Promotion & Sales : Introduce new drugs, explain benefits, dosage, and usage, and persuade healthcare providers to prescribe them, achieving sales targets.
• Relationship Building : Develop and maintain strong, trusted relationships with doctors, hospitals, and pharmacies.
• Education & Information Dissemination : Educate healthcare professionals on new products, clinical data, treatments,
• Market Intelligence : Gather feedback on products, monitor competitor activities, and report market trends to the company.
• Territory Management : Plan and manage daily visits, organize meetings, and ensure product availability in their assigned region.
• Marketing & Support : Distribute promotional materials (brochures, samples) and organize events like seminars and CMEs.
• Reporting & Compliance : Maintain detailed records of activities, provide daily/monthly reports, and adhere to ethical guidelines.
