Job Title: MERN Stack Developer

Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled MERN Stack Developer to join our development team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining full-stack web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. The ideal candidate should be passionate about building modern, scalable web applications and working in an agile, fast-paced environment.

• Key Responsibilities: Design and develop full-stack web applications using MERN technologies.
• Build reusable, efficient, and scalable front-end components using React.js.
• Develop RESTful APIs with Express.js and manage backend logic with Node.js.
• Design, implement, and maintain MongoDB schemas and queries.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers.
• Write clean, maintainable code with proper documentation and testing.
• Ensure performance, security, and responsiveness of applications.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team best practices.
• Debug issues and deploy solutions in production environments.
• Required Skills & Qualifications: Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Strong experience with React.js, including Hooks and state management.
• Experience with Node.js and Express.js for server-side development.
• Knowledge of MongoDB, including aggregation, indexing, and performance tuning.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and JSON.
• Version control using Git/GitHub.
• Experience with package managers like npm or yarn.
• Understanding of deployment tools and cloud platforms (e.g., Heroku, Vercel, AWS, Docker).
• Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with TypeScript.
• Experience with Redux, Next.js, or GraphQL.
• CI/CD pipelines experience.
• Testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Cypress.
