Job Description
- Nail Services: Perform manicures, pedicures, filing, shaping, and cuticle care.
- Nail Art & Enhancements: Apply gel/acrylic extensions, overlays, and intricate, custom designs.
- Sanitation & Hygiene: Sterilize all instruments and maintain a clean, tidy, and safe workstation.
- Consultation & Customer Service: Consult with clients to understand preferences, offer, and recommend services.
- Customer Experience: Perform hand/foot massages and apply lotions or treatments.
- Product Knowledge & Sales: Educate clients on nail care, promote retail, and up-sell services.
- Trend Awareness: Stay updated on new techniques, designs, and materials.
- Operational Duties: Schedule appointments, handle payments, and manage inventory
