NetSuite Technical Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Technical NetSuite Consultant with over 8 years of expertise in designing, developing, and implementing NetSuite solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong ability to customize and integrate NetSuite ERP to align with business objectives. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

NetSuite Development & Customization:

• Develop and maintain custom scripts, workflows, SuiteTalk integrations, SuiteScript 2.0, and SuiteBuilder configurations.
• Customize and enhance NetSuite modules, including CRM, ERP, Inventory, and Financials.
• Perform advanced scripting and troubleshooting for complex customizations.

System Integration:

• Design and implement integrations with third-party applications and systems using RESTlets, SuiteTalk APIs, or middleware tools.
• Manage data migration, synchronization, and mapping for seamless integration.

Solution Design:

• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop architecture and system designs aligned with NetSuite best practices and business needs.

Performance Optimization:

• Conduct performance tuning of custom scripts and integrations to ensure optimal system performance.
• Perform regular system audits and propose improvements for scalability and reliability.

Collaboration & Support:

• Work closely with functional consultants and business users to resolve technical challenges.
• Provide technical support, training, and documentation for end-users and administrators.

Project Leadership:

• Lead technical project phases, including planning, execution, and delivery.
• Mentor junior developers and technical team members.

Key Qualifications

Required Skills & Expertise:

• Technical Proficiency:
• Expertise in SuiteScript 1.0 & 2.0, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, and SuiteCloud Development Framework (SDF).
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript, SQL, HTML, and XML.
• Strong understanding of NetSuite data structures, user roles, and security configurations.
• Integration Knowledge:
• Experience with NetSuite integration frameworks and third-party middleware tools like Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, or Celigo.
• Proficiency in REST, SOAP, and web services protocols.
• Business Process Expertise:
• Knowledge of core business processes like Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, and Inventory Management.
• Experience customizing NetSuite workflows for business needs.
• Certifications (Preferred):
• NetSuite SuiteFoundation Certification
• NetSuite ERP Consultant Certification
• SuiteCloud Developer Certification
• Soft Skills:
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder interactions.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Master’s degree or equivalent certifications are a plus.
