Office Admin

We are looking for a well-organized and proactive Office Administrator to manage day-to-day office operations, documentation, client coordination, and backend support for our real estate business.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

* Handle office administration and daily operational tasks

* Maintain property records, client database, and documentation

* Prepare agreements, proposals, and official documents

* Coordinate with sales team for site visits and client follow-ups

* Manage incoming calls, emails, and walk-in clients

* Maintain inventory of office supplies and ensure smooth office functioning

* Assist in marketing activities (portals, listings, social media updates)

* Handle MIS reports and data management

* Support accounts team with basic billing and payment records

🎯 Skills Required:

* Good communication and interpersonal skills

* Strong knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word & basic computer operations

* Well-organized with attention to detail

* Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

* Professional and customer-friendly approach

🎓 Qualification:

Graduate in any stream (BBA / B.Com preferred)

💼 Experience:

Minimum 1 year in office administration (Real estate experience preferred)
