Operation Executive

An Operations Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient business processes. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, maintaining records, monitoring performance, and supporting management in achieving operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operational activities and ensure timely execution of tasks
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow
• Maintain and update operational records, reports, and documentation
• Monitor process efficiency and suggest improvements where required
• Handle customer or vendor coordination related to operations
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Support senior management in planning and execution of operational strategies
• Resolve operational issues and escalate when necessary

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
• Basic understanding of business operations and processes

Experience & Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in operations or administrative roles
