  • 1. Client Relationship ManagementAct as the primary point of contact for patients and their families.
  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients.
  • Understand patient needs and recommend suitable home healthcare services.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and service continuity.
  • 2. Client Onboarding & Service CoordinationHandle new client inquiries, service requests, and admissions.
  • Coordinate with nurses, caregivers, physiotherapists, and operations teams to arrange care services.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding of new patients and proper care planning.
  • 3. Complaint Resolution & SupportHandle client complaints or service issues and resolve them quickly.
  • Ensure service quality and quick turnaround time for problem resolution.
  • Escalate complex issues to management if needed.
  • 4. Service Quality & Client SatisfactionConduct regular feedback calls or visits with clients.
  • Monitor service quality and caregiver performance.
  • Ensure patients receive safe, reliable, and compassionate home care.
  • 5. Coordination with Internal TeamsWork closely with operations, scheduling, and medical teams.
  • Coordinate caregiver schedules, patient visits, and service updates.
  • Maintain clear communication between clients and internal staff.
  • 6. Documentation & ReportingMaintain client records and service data in CRM/ERP systems.
  • Prepare client reports, service updates, and feedback reports for management.
  • Track client interactions and service performance.
  • 7. Business Growth & ReferralsIdentify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional healthcare services.
  • Build relationships with hospitals, doctors, and referral partners.
  • Help increase the company’s client base and revenue.
