Project Manager

Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in high-rise and large-scale construction projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Mivan framework construction, piling foundations, diaphragm walls (D-wall), MEP services, and project finishing works. The role involves end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely delivery, quality compliance, and cost control.

• Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage construction projects from planning to completion
• Oversee execution of Mivan formwork systems for structural works
• Manage piling foundation activities and ensure geotechnical compliance
• Supervise diaphragm wall (D-wall) construction and quality standards
• Coordinate and monitor MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) services installation
• Ensure smooth execution of finishing works including interiors and external works
• Develop project schedules, track progress, and ensure adherence to timelines
• Manage contractors, subcontractors, and site teams effectively
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality benchmarks, and regulatory requirements
• Control project budgets and optimize resource utilization
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Prepare and present project reports to senior management
• Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (preferred)
• Proven experience in high-rise or large-scale construction projects
• Strong knowledge of:
• Mivan formwork system
• Piling and deep foundation techniques
• Diaphragm wall construction
• MEP coordination and execution
• Finishing and handover processes
• Excellent project planning and leadership skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.)
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
