Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with potential suppliers to secure cost-effective, high-quality materials.
- Negotiation & Purchasing: Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and payment terms, issuing Purchase Orders (POs) based on requisition requirements.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, forecast demand, and ensure timely replenishment to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Logistics & Tracking: Track shipments, inspect incoming goods for quality, and resolve issues with suppliers regarding delays or damaged items.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of purchases, invoices, and supplier data
