Job Description

Job Profile: Sales & Business Development Manager (Real Estate)

Location: Base in Mohali/Chandigarh (with frequent travel)

Experience: Minimum 2 Years (Real Estate Mandatory)


Core Objective

To drive sales for premium property portfolios through an active channel partner network and direct client engagement, requiring regular site presence at luxury vacation homes in hill stations.


Key Responsibilities

Regional Sales Operations: Manage end-to-end sales for properties located in Chail, Dalhousie, and upcoming project sites.


Site Visit Leadership: Conduct high-impact site tours for prospective clients and channel partners at various hill locations.


Channel Partner (CP) Expansion: Leverage a strong existing network in the Tricity area to onboard partners specifically interested in luxury vacation homes and second-home investments.


Business Development: Identify and tap into investor circles in Chandigarh, Mohali, and Panchkula for off-site property sales.


Strategic Reporting: Provide ground-level market feedback from different geographic locations to help refine marketing strategies for remote units.


Requirements

Mobility: Must be willing and able to travel frequently to project sites (Chail, Dalhousie, etc.) and stay on-site as required for client closures or CP meets.


Local Networking: Proven experience in the Mohali/Chandigarh real estate circuit with a "ready-to-go" list of active brokers.


Experience: At least 2 years of experience; preference given to those who have handled "Second Home" or "Luxury Vacation Home" segments.


Skillset: Strong closing skills, ability to work independently in remote locations, and excellent presentation skills for high-value units.


Logistics & Compensation

Travel: Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle preferred (travel reimbursements applicable).


Availability: Must be flexible with working weekends, as site visits to vacation properties typically peak during holidays and Saturdays/Sundays.
