Real Estate Sales Manager

We are hiring an experienced Sales Manager (Real Estate) to lead our sales team and drive property sales in Mohali. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the real estate sector with excellent market knowledge and client-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the real estate sales team
• Generate sales through channel partners, brokers, and direct clients
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Handle site visits, negotiations, and deal closures
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and investors
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–6 years of experience in real estate sales
• Proven track record in property sales
• Strong network of brokers and real estate contacts
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Knowledge of Mohali/Tricity real estate market preferred
