Real Estate Sales Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to lead and drive the sales team. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing channel partners, handling client relationships, and closing property deals.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets

Generate leads and convert prospects into sales

Coordinate with marketing and channel partners (CPs/Brokers)

Handle client meetings, site visits, and negotiations

Prepare sales reports and maintain CRM data

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in real estate sales

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
