1. Sales Executive

Experience: Fresher

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 + Incentives

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle leads and customer inquiries
• Explain property details and arrange site visits
• Regular client follow-ups and deal closures
• Maintain customer records

2. Sales Assistant

Experience: 1–3 Years

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 + Incentives

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist sales team in daily operations
• Client coordination and documentation
• Support during site visits and negotiations
• Update CRM and sales reports

3. Sales Manager

Experience: 3–6 Years

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹85,000 + Incentives

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the sales team
• Plan and execute sales strategies
• Handle key client negotiations and closures
• Monitor performance and train team members
