Job Description

You will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, managing the front desk, handling calls and emails, and supporting the sales team with basic administrative tasks and appointment scheduling in a real‑estate office environment.


Key responsibilities:

  1. Greet and welcome walk‑in visitors and clients, offer basic project information, and guide them to the right sales person or cabin.
  2. Answer, screen, and transfer incoming phone calls; take clear messages and share them promptly with the concerned person.
  3. Manage appointments and the office calendar for site visits, client meetings, and follow‑ups; confirm and remind clients of their appointments via phone or WhatsApp.
  4. Handle front‑desk email ID: respond to basic enquiries, forward leads to the sales team, and maintain an organised inbox and simple tracking sheet.​
  5. Maintain a tidy, professional reception area and ensure visitors are attended to while they wait (water, seating, basic forms, brochures, etc.).​
  6. Maintain and update basic records such as visitor logs, enquiry registers, and lead sheets in Excel or Google Sheets.
  7. Coordinate with the sales and admin teams for printing brochures, collecting documents, and other routine office support work.
  8. Receive and sort incoming mail, couriers, and deliveries, and dispatch outgoing documents when required.
  9. Support simple office IT tasks such as using a printer/scanner, basic MS Office work, and WhatsApp Web for sharing locations and documents.
