Role Overview


We are looking for a dynamic and execution-focused HR leader who can build and lead the Caregiver Talent Acquisition Engine at Zorgers.


This role goes beyond traditional HR recruitment. The person will design and implement systems to attract, recruit and onboard caregivers at scale across multiple cities and states.


The ideal candidate will be responsible for building a national caregiving talent pipeline, managing recruitment teams, developing institute partnerships, and ensuring consistent availability of trained caregivers to support the company’s growth.


Key Responsibilities

1. Build and Lead the Caregiver Recruitment Engine


Design and execute systems to recruit caregivers through multiple channels such as:


• Job portals and digital platforms

• Referral networks

• Nursing and GDA institutes

• Local hiring drives

• Community and grassroots recruitment

• Social media recruitment campaigns


Ensure a consistent pipeline of caregivers to support business expansion.


2. Manage and Develop the Recruitment Team


Lead and supervise the recruitment team consisting of:


• In-office recruiters (data sourcing & tele-calling)

• Field recruitment managers

• Regional recruitment coordinators


Set clear weekly and monthly hiring targets and ensure accountability across the team.


3. Multi-City Workforce Pipeline Development


Build and maintain caregiver pipelines for current and upcoming Zorgers markets including:


• Punjab

• Haryana

• Delhi NCR

• Himachal Pradesh


Ensure the organization always maintains a ready pool of trained caregivers to meet client demand.


4. National Caregiver Talent Network Development


Develop a state-wise caregiver sourcing network to support long-term workforce expansion.


India has a strong caregiving talent pool across multiple regions, and Zorgers aims to tap into these supply belts to build a diverse and scalable workforce.


Potential sourcing regions may include:


• Uttar Pradesh

• Bihar

• Jharkhand

• West Bengal

• Assam and North-Eastern states

• Odisha

• Chhattisgarh

• Rajasthan

• Madhya Pradesh


The role will involve creating recruitment channels through:


• Partnerships with nursing and GDA institutes

• Skill development centers

• State skill missions

• Community hiring networks

• Regional recruitment drives


5. Institute & Training Partnerships


Develop relationships with:


• Nursing colleges

• GDA training institutes

• Healthcare skill academies

• Government skill development programs


Position Zorgers as a preferred employment partner for graduating caregivers.


6. Recruitment Campaigns & Field Hiring Programs


Plan and execute structured recruitment campaigns such as:


• Walk-in hiring drives

• Institute placement drives

• Local job fairs

• Village and district recruitment campaigns


Support the field recruitment team in building offline hiring pipelines.


7. Workforce Screening & Quality Control


Ensure strong screening systems including:


• Documentation verification

• Background checks

• Basic behavioral assessment

• Interview processes

• Candidate readiness evaluation


Maintain high quality standards in caregiver onboarding.


8. Recruitment Analytics & Performance Tracking


Track key hiring metrics including:


• Number of leads generated

• Interviews conducted

• Caregivers onboarded

• Source-wise hiring performance

• Cost per hire

• Drop-off ratios


Continuously optimize recruitment strategies based on data insights.


Candidate Profile


The ideal candidate should have:


• 5–10 years experience in recruitment or HR operations

• Experience handling large workforce or manpower hiring

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Ability to build systems and processes from scratch

• Willingness to travel for recruitment drives and institute partnerships


Experience in healthcare, staffing, facility management, hospitality or manpower industries will be an advantage.
